RACQUET CLUB MANHATTAN

 

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Racquet Club Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1⁄2 oz. sweet vermouth
1⁄2 oz PART dry vermouth
DASH of Aromatic Bitters Maraschino cherry

TECHNIQUE
Combine the Racquet Club Whiskey, vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass.
Swirl with ice to chill.
Pour into an UP glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

RACQUET CLUB OLD FASHIONED

 

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Racquet Club Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 Brown Sugar Cube
2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Orange Peel
Luxardo Maraschino Cherries

TECHNIQUE
In a chilled rocks glass, muddle the sugar cube and bitters with a bar spoon of water.
Stir in the Racquet Club Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
Add in one large ice cube and stir for 30 seconds.
Slip in an orange twist, and garnish with a Luxardo Marschino Cherry.

RACQUET CLUB SOUR

 

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Racquet Club Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1⁄2 oz. Simple Syrup
3⁄4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1⁄4 oz. Egg White/Aquafaba

TECHNIQUE
Shake egg white in cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Racquet Club Whiskey, simple syrup, lemon juice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled UP glass.
Garnish with dash of bitters and slip in an orange peel.

RACQUET CLUB MINT JULIP

 

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Racquet Club Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1⁄2 oz. Simple Syrup
3 Fresh Mint Leaves
Lime Wedge
Crushed Ice

TECHNIQUE
Express the essential oils in the mint and rub them inside the glass.
To the same glass, add simple syrup, whiskey, and crushed ice.
Stir.
Garnish with more ice, fresh mint, and lime.

RACQUET CLUB KICKER

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Racquet Club Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1⁄2 oz. simple syrup
1⁄2 teaspoon Absinthe
2-3 DASHES bitters
Lemon twist

TECHNIQUE
Fill a rocks glass with ice and let it sit to chill.
In a separate mixing glass, combine the simple syrup and bitters.
Add the whiskey and ice to the bitters mixture and stir.
Discard the ice in the chilled glass and rinse it with absinthe by pouring a small amount into the glass, swirling it around and discarding the liquid.
Strain the whiskey mixture from the mixing glass into the old fashioned glass. Squeeze lemon twist and drop in.
